    Disappointed. I wanted a relaxing large ☕ coffee to sit and read, but the staff has been ordered to only serve drinks in paper cups. If I'm paying ÂŖ4:00 for a drink I want it in a proper cup. Cancelled order and walked to McDonald's at least if it is in cardboard I have paid less than half price. ☚ī¸

    As an Odeon Limitless card holder I'm a frequent visitor.I've always found the staff very friendly and helpful when I visit both prior,or subsequent to viewing a film.I believe most of the staff (both genders) are interchangeable with Odeon duties....I seem to remember the term 'Multitasking' is used these days,which they all manage admirably.
