   It was my first time in the this Nail shop & I went here for a manicure and pedicure, all the staff are very friendly and very welcoming, they even offered me tea or coffee upon arrival. I am a very active person so my feet are not in the greatest condition but after they finished I was very happy with the result. I will be coming again & I would definitely recommend others to go here.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID! The worst nail shop ever. I paid £85 today and told them I didn’t like the shape FROM THE BEGINNING and they still continued. I will be disputing with the bank. Please avoid this place at alllllll costs. I only came here because I am going on holiday and was quite desperate to get my nails done. The manager Jenny even hung up on me! Her excuse was ‘you didn’t book me in advance’ when I OFFERED TO COME ANOTHER DAY!!! Just money greedy people. The previous poor reviews are not fake. Pls avoid

   It's always a joy to visit Jennie and that gang! Always a warm welcome, professional staff, creative too if ever you need some inspiration. I've been coming here for years and there is an ongoing joke as I always have long black nails but Jennie, Tony and the staff have been coaxing me to play with colour lo and behold we did it but I added a pop of colour with my black nails! Great availability and always accommodating I wouldn't go anywhere else!

   Had my nails done the next day my what was supposed to be gel colour peeled off. I went back in the morning they attempted to fix the problem and said it was gel even tho I could see the varnish didn't look like gel had no numbers on there like gel varnish does. 2 days after they all peeled off. Within one week my nails were half broken and needed and Infill. Went and got them else where to be told the nail varnish I paid £10 extra for wasn't gel as I thought . Won't be going back again.

   I'm very very disappointed. I went there last week to get a manicure and today one nail has already fallen. the others are about to follow!Very rude behavior, very unprofessional attitude, very unprofessional work.They cause pain while working, they make wounds.I am terribly disappointed, and so is my daughter. We both visited the salon, and we are both terribly disappointed. The price we pay is not small and we should receive quality service.I do not recommend it to anyone, a waste of time and money and above all a big disappointment!

   Fingers are so dry I wish I had checked reviews before I went. The cuticles haven’t been trimmed properly and they didn’t use any oil or cream till the end. Very disappointing and was there for 1 hr 45 mins
