    Great pharmacy, wonderful staff I just wish the web site said closed for lunch 1pm till 2pm. It would save a lot of confusion.

    I really don't understand why BOOTs as a company are so against advertising their correct opening hours. We live in the 21st century, but Boots clearly seems to have incompetence working for them if they dont have the capacity to change opening times on their website. I get that staff need a lunch break, no issue with that, but to say online that you are open then put up a little sign on the door saying closed between 1 and 2 is just a joke. But Boots would rather people waste their time going to the pharmacy, trying to find parking to then either have to wait or drive back and try again later. You would think a company "committed to the environment" would want to stop people wasting fuel getting to and from this stupid store twice when a simple code change is all it requires. Boots has fallen a long way from a few years ago, and you have to wonder why when staff arent able to manage opening hours

    Called to collect prescription 13.15 shop closed. No where on web site or outside the premises does it say they close for lunch. I am going away and need my medication.

    Used this store to return an online Boots order for £120 which is a lot of money. They did not process the refund & when I contacted online help I was told that I needed to go back to the store. I went back today & was told that it was nothing to do with them & I needed to speak to customer support. I did speak to customer support & was told that what was said to me in store is incorrect & I need to go back. Because the assistant was so unhelpful I refuse to go back but I have raised a complaint because someone is giving me false information. As it stands I am still £120 out of pocket and hold this store completely accountable as they didn’t process the refund straightaway. I would not recommend anyone use this Boots store to return online orders as they just don’t care.

    Dropped off prescription on Monday - were told they couldn’t fill it until the day after. No problem. Tuesday still not ready - come back Wednesday. Had a text to say ready. After waiting for them to open (closed 1-2) it wasn’t ready and waited another 20 mins.

    Closes at 6pm Closed at weekends Had a prescription sent to them last week tuesday or Wednesday sent a friend in following monday to collect but they advised not in stock and cant issue alternatives without letter from gp. No text no phone call no updates and now I've been without my meds for a few days. Got them to put prescription back in the system and I chose to go to Lloyd's instead who were much better. Wont use boots again in a hurry and have changed my nominatex pharmacy to Lloyd's now on NHS app. Disgrace

    Phoned prescription through on a Friday, told it would be ready Monday. Went to collect it Monday to be told only 1 of the items was in stock and did I want them to order the other item for next day. Wouldn't be so bad but I only ordered 1 item! I didn't need the other one! Checked on website for opening times. 8am-6pm. Got there and they were shut for dinner. No mention of it shutting for dinner on website. Waste of my time and petrol! Raging!

    Fine dispensary next to the health centre had to wait outside for meds to be ready not sure if because i look dodgy? or its policy though a load of people did wait inside. Either way staff apart from that were good and reasonably quick for a pharmacy.

    I went to collect my prescription lastnight at about 5.45pm and whilst waiting to be served, the lady with black bobbed hair, who always seems like she doesn't want to be there, no smile, quite abrupt and basically has a rude attitude, turned to her colleague and said "this always happens, they all come in last minute". The fact she said this out loud, i find extremely unprofessional. She also locked the door after i left at 5.50pm. I hope someone raises the issue with closing early, as people like me have to rush to get to you before 6 as i work all day.

    The employee whom I had been served by obviously had a bad day, because she was very short with me and treated me nonchalantly. When I enter your place of employment with a smile, all I expect is to be dealt with kindly. I rate attitude miles above efficiency every time, and this time someone's attitude stank.
