Just spent £ 312 having to deal with a extremely rude and unhelpful lady on the till. What a disappointment from such a recognised company like B&M ( Northwich).
Diana was very helpful checking stock for me and managed to get what I needed. Thank you very much. Molly was also friendly at the checkout.
Really busy. Well stocked, and helpful staff. The pricing labels can be confusing and sometimes whole groups of products have no price on them, hence not 5 stars.
Was such a difference on pricing towards ALL supermarkets I have been to. Savings are worth a visit, as we saved over £12 on toiletries alone. Well worth a visit!!
They lied about giving employees time off to watch the queen's funeral. They put out press releases and then covered up about forcing employees to work, shocking deceit!
The town is a joke and a disgrace let down by the town council, which promised years ago to sort it out but all they done was waste money on road extensions to accommodate deliveries joke (1) 900 thousand pound on refurbishment of a park supposed to be young children and safe for families instead it's used by teenagers and fandalise by them joke (2) and what shapes the do have try there best to help its customers to many charity shop and not any main dealer shops like it did have,all the council want is to make money for its self and not help the town wake up town and Borough Council when are ever going to see a town center. It's worthy of its residents that can say we have a town centre to be proud of and not a shamed of

Just what you'd expect of your typical B and M store. Store is always clean and tidy, well stocked and presented, some of the register staff can be a little ignorant and not acknowledge you when ringing up your items but are efficient and the shop floor staff are always helpful when approached. During Christmas the queues were long but you go through pretty fast. We had a really pleasant experience with a return of which we didn't have the receipt for.
