Didn't ask for a bag, automatically got charged for it (young girl, glasses on, always does this). When I said to a beggar outside I can't give you any money sorry honey they never gave me my change (2p) the shop assistant (old girl with short blonde hair) literally chased after me and my disabled husband down the street and told me never to bother coming back cus I'd upset her saying that to the guy. I spent £20, apparently this place doesn't want custom. Hope your manager knows how his staff are shooing away genuine custom because of beggars that hang around outside and his ridiculously sensitive staff. Obviously you can afford to ban customers because of something a beggar outside says. We've lived here for 44 years, but that's ok, we'll give our money to someone else. News for you, you don't have a niche in the market, there are actually other off licences local. On another note, what's wrong with saying do you want a bag? Other shops do it. Seriously bad staff. Banned from there for saying to a beggar outside the shop I never got my change.

Good off license with friendly staff and good range of non-alcohol items Update: The prices in the shop have become stupid. 1L vodka for £24-£25. Crazy when you can get it for 16 in Asda or Tesco or probably even cheaper. Some things are priced appropriately but when you have people selling vodka higher than the price on the label, thats a problem.

    Excellent

Polite staff and a good selection, but what a depressing environment. I have seen less security in most Bank branches and the public area smelt of urine
