   I am never coming into this place ever again. Me and my daughter came in to buy some strawberry’s only to find out they were moldy and went out of date 2 days ago.we kindly told the employees about the matter and showed them only for them to put them back on the shelf and ignore us.we bought some grapes that were out of date. We don’t know if they’re still on the shelves but the employees treated us rudely.NOT HAPPY !

   This is my local shop - I've shopped there daily since it opened. Aside from one isolated staff member interaction, I find the staff very good and helpful and most of them are very friendly. I'm ASC so this is very important to me, always feel welcomed. I volunteer a litterpick in the carpark, to help them out - but I know they do try to keep on top of the inevitable littering. There is some inevitable anti-social behaviour, but I've never had an actual problem in shop hours.

   Called in today for the first time (Fri 09.09.22 .pm) wow what friendly helpful staff. Nothing was to much trouble. Refreshing change from the usual CBA Staff most other retailers employ. To the owners whatever you are paying these two young lady's increases it . They are a credit to your company.

   Very poor customer service - shop assistant (one with facial piercings) carried on a personal conversation with a customer whilst I was stood there waiting to pay. Fortunately the other shop assistant came to the tills, logged on and scanned my items.

   I haven't made it through the car park as yet due to all the youths tearing about doing burnouts in cars/mopeds. There is a nursery on the other side of the car park so I'd imagine this is the perfect environment to teach your kids about road safety. Once past the hoons you'll need a set of ear defenders to combat the noise from the locally-supplied underage drinkers that congregate outside the shop entrance for hours at a time with their boomboxes and cans of Carling, and, if you get your timing right (which wouldn't be hard given the frequency of it) you will be able to see/partake in local drug exchanges. Peak narcotic times are generally 6pm - 2am but trading also occurs outside of these hours. Rats and seagulls are also as common as the teens/druggies due to the filth and state of the exterior grounds.
