Lovely man, very good at communication, explained what was happening, what needed to happen, when it could happen, why things happen, what he needed to do. Also very good with a nervous dog and stranger in his house! Welcomed him and spoke and gave him time. Would recommend, as I sit by a warm fire.

Couldn’t fault Louis, the service he provided recently for an annual gas safety certificate renewal was excellent! He was reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and very positive to deal with. He also took a look at a few other plumbing issues within the property and quickly removed any concerns relating to them. I’d certainly recommend him!

Can not recommend highly enough Total Care Gas Heating and Plumbing. Have had 2 jobs complete with them. First was a heating problem. Came with in the day contacted and fixed our problem . Radiators all hot when the -0c temps were outside. Second job removed the kitchen pipes that were blocked, ( I paid the electric shop to plumb in the washing machine after a I had paid for delivery and plumbing. Total plumbing came when arranged again on time. The kitchen had flooded twice.) Sink was blocked, renewed all the pipe work under the sink. Now have a working washing machine and sink. Work was quick efficent and very reasonably priced. Thank a for your hard work. Can not thank you enough, would highly recommend.
Brilliant service. Louis was fantastic. He came when he said he would. Found the fault within minutes and then gave me an accurate quote for the repair. We needed a new part which he sourced and fitted as soon as it arrived. Very professional clean and tidy. Can not fault a pleasure to have doing the work. Can not recommend highly enough.
