   Sent my crashed SE mini forrepair. Needed a new shell, but I was extremely impressed and pleased that not only was the shell replaced but also the legs with motors. Looks and works like new now. Very good price, considering the work. Highly recommended

   My front-left arm of my Mini 2 snapped, and I got it replaced by DJI NW for about half the price that other companies such as Drone Doctor quoted me. My only minor complaint would be that the communication was very to-the-point, which felt a bit overly brief at times. There were also a few times where I didn’t receive a reply for a day or so. However, despite this, I had my Mini 2 back in perfect condition, better than new, in just over a week! I can't fault Ryan at DJI NW at all and would definitely recommend their services.

   Following a crash and software update the gimbal on my DJI Mini 2 stopped working. I found Ryan by searching on Google. I packaged it and sent it. Ryan kept my updated on the progress and soon after I had the drone back with a good working gimbal.

   My lovely little DJI drone had a little bump and the gimbal was no longer functional. I contacted Ryan and explained the situation and he advised me to send it and he will bring it back to life. He did that and more, he fixed the issue and got rid of any other damaged parts, all this was done in 2 days and in the easiest possible way. He was very thorough an excellent communicator and made me very happy! thanks ever so much Ryan, hopefully i will not need to send the drone again to you but if i ever need to then i will not hesitate even one moment to do so! ;-)

   Top notched sorted out my drone in zero time. First Tried dronedoctor who wanted to charge me 400 Queens Heads why dont I just add money and get a new one then? Ridiculous and the service was not good. So I got them to send it to DJI North West and as soon as they got it it was sorted out and sent out the next day and now I am flying high again.
