   I live very close by. I called to check if the team had received my prescription from the GP, which they just had. By the time I walked to the store, my medication was ready and waiting for me to collect. The guys in there do really give exceptional service.

   One of the best pharmacy experience I have ever had. I am suffering from a severe chest of infection which is triggering my asthma. I was prescribed antibiotics but couldn't reach any nearby pharmacies. I called Boots and they delivered it straight to my hotel. Such kind staff and such brilliant service! Would highly recommend them if you're in Ruislip or nearby!

   Honestly what has happened to this place. It was amazing, really friendly staff. You can sense even now the staff are workign full out, smiling when they can. I went there today to get a prescription it took over 25 mins to be issued antibiotics and a inhaler. I was the only customer, then slowly started to pile in. Boots you need to get a manager in place quick and try and make it a regular manager.

   Years ago, the pharmacist here was a guy called Reuben, who was absolutely excellent. Since he has gone, the pharmacy has just gone to ruin. I now get my prescriptions sent to a pharmacy in Northwood because they are so much more efficient. The other day, I was desperate for a prescription after seeing my GP for an emergency appointment, so I took it into Boots. They didn’t have it in stock but promised it would be in the following day. It took 3 days to collect an urgent prescription! Never, ever will I go here again.

   I have visited your Boots store numerous times and I have always wanted to send a review and never done it. Last Saturday, 27/03/2021, I visited your store. It was so busy, just two ladies were there. Even though I had a good service from Koki. I would like to say how polite, welcoming, happy, cheergul Koki is in your store. Every single time I go in there, I hope she serves me. She is an absolutely fantastic person. Please can you pass my compliments onto Koki in your store. Kind Regards, Sylvia
