Always very friendly and obliging. Lisa is extremely competent and always calm, and remembers your name if you are a frequent shopper.

Lovely local off licence. Just a shame they feel the need to have everything behind bulletproof glass which makes hearing the sales assistant a bit hard especially when you're hard of hearing as it is. Staff are excellent and very helpful. The step in and out of the shop is a little high making it difficult for me to get in and out the shop but that's my only criticism.
