   I will not recommend this company to anyone, this company recently called us for help on a Sunday night to cover a breakdown 15 miles away agreed to pay call out £120,but when our engineer arrived at the site firstly they wasn't responding, our engineer waited 20mins and then got call back saying we will pay you £80 instead of £120 when customer asked what's going on our engineer told the customer that they not paying £120 so he can't carry on then customer told that CONCLUSIVE PROPERTY SERVICES are charging him £180 for call out only,and fixing the issue will cost him extra,then customer asked us how much will it be to fix the issue,we quoted £150 and customer wanted it get it fixed by us,we sorted the issue for £150 and customer happily payed that, now Mr Muhammad The owner of CONCLUSIVE PROPERTY SERVICES lost the trust and the customer by playing tricky game which isn't helpful for his buissiness, so we will not recommend this company to anyone in the future, stay away from this scamer mr Muhammad ,thereare few peoplewho left reviewson his buisinessprofilecomplainingthat he is overcharging customers,I believe they have fake Google reviews on their site,also quiet few customers given them one star reviews,also the customer they tried to over charge he has explained his situation in our company profile that Mr Muhammad has added a false review.

   Half hour work charged £180 is a joke I couldn’t get through to office also 2 colleagues tried. They were very good both of them but your price for half hour work was disgusting I payed £150 for equipment online. Then to have the bench put up £180 joke I’ll never use your company again prices very unreasonable. My issue is not with the joiners but your company prices

   Had an emergency problem with the boiler and downstairs heating during extreme winter weather. He came at short notice and was quickly able to find the issue. He was very transparent on what needed repairing along with a full cost breakdown and provided the work and repairs, boiler part replacement, new radiators and new piping, to a very high standard. There was also some leftover copper pipe after the work was finished for which he fully reimbursed me for. Tradesman like this are very difficult to find, especially in the midst of Winter!

   Emergency fix of a leaking pipe on a Saturday evening. When other firms couldn’t help Conclusive Property Services attended and fixed the leak promptly and professionally. They replaced the part that had previously been capped off using the wrong part by a different company. Would very highly recommend this company.
