Just wanted to say a very big thank you to this company for their excellent service from start to finish! We were really struggling to get a plumber to carry out the repair on the leaking, old stop tap in our cellar and with no way of turning the water off from outside! Other companies thought it was too risky to attempt a pipe freeze repair on a lead pipe. The water leakage was getting worse and after spending many hours on the phone over several days to both United utilities for advice and to 12 other plumbers, this company was our lucky number 13! This was the only company I contacted, that confirmed that they would be able to carry out the repair work. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a professional and friendly service. Thank you so much once again!
Operatives attended to carry out work on my leaking gutters. Overall good experience. They attended in a timely fashion, responded to remedial work promptly and carried out the job satisfactorily. Operatives were pleasant, respectful and cooperative. Lisa who books the appointments was exceptionally in her caring and competent approach. Responded to emails promptly and was the overriding factor that prompted me to do business with the company. Her telephone manner, cooperative spirit and overall attitude in responding to clients needs was exceptional. A very good business to do transactions with. Honestly, absolutely fantastic. They came to repair work that another company had done awfully. Their communication was excellent throughout, the work they've done is top-notch. Everyone I spoke to was sympathetic, informative, and absolutely professional. I'll use their services exclusively from now on.
I've used The Manchester Heating & Plumbing Co a couple times now. Last year they fitted a new boiler in a rental property. They fitted it when they said they would and left the property clean and tidy. A year later the service and gas safety cert were due. All i had to do was ask them to contact my tenants to arrange a mutually convenient time to visit. They did the work yesterday. Today i received the certificate etc via email. The smoothest interaction ever. I would highly recommend them!
I've had a boiler replacement and the work was carried out with professionalism, efficiency and brilliant advice upfront. All the staff were polite and helpful and it was all done in a day. The boiler is working well... so far ;-) ! But the best bit was the price... excellent value! I intend to use this company for ongoing support and maintenance.
Had a complete boiler replacement a month ago. The quote was competitive and was for a Worcester condensing boiler which came with an 8 year warranty. The workmanship was great. The engineer took the time to explain the controls to me in detail and gave advice on maintaining the pressure etc. The warranty was registered so I didn't need to fill in any paperwork. A few weeks later, my toilet broke so I rang for a plumber. Again, great service. Plumber arrived promptly and fixed the problem. Price wasn't too scary either. Recommend this company. Very friendly and helpful and do a great job at a reasonable price.
Always nervous when using a company Iv not used before...especially being a woman with not much of a clue about boilers Had no need to worry. No hot water, so called into the shop. From the lady on reception to the expert arriving, the service & professionalism was excellent. Turned up within hours, everything shown & explained to me, I was more than happy. Would certainly use & recommend them again..If you have any doubts about using them dont, I can not praise enough.
