Rudest staff ever paid £10 per person entrance and they’re out of 90% of drinks taps aren’t working so they’re serving from bottles of pop that they ran out off. Asked for a refund on entrance after being in 15 min and told its noting to do with them.
On arrival we were told it was £15 each for entry, we thought this was very steep however as we were out for a friends birthday i reluctantly paid for me and my partner so £30 just on entry. We walked in and the place was practically empty (around 10 people). never the less we decided to get a drink and approached the bar. There were no draught beers, fridges were completely empty and all which was there was very basic (vodka, gin etc) and not even flavoured spirits. My friend ordered a gin and lemonade only for the lemonade to be poured out of a bottle!! To make this worse she was then charged £15 for one tiny drink with flat lemonade and watered down spirits. Me and my partner were disgusted so decided to go up to the woman on the door and complain and ask for a refund and leave. The woman on the door was extremely rude and her response for why they don’t have draught beers or bottles was ‘it’s a club’. Well first club i’ve been too that has empty fridges! Managed to speak to the manager who reluctantly gave us our £30 back and we left. Do not be ripped off by this place!!!
Upon entering was forced to surrender my jacket in this awful cold weather. Was quoted £8.50 to get inside, then it jumped up all of a sudden to £15. Was told because I'm a man I have to pay more. Then Was told I can come in for £10. Just got bad vibes before even entering. Left without going in. Entry fee should be one standard price not a negotiation.
My friend literally got punched in the face by a man twice her size and security didn’t do a thing. Didn’t even walk her to the ambulance.
Like every bar down Arcadian way its been ruined by the type of people who now go there. You'll know what I mean when you drink around there. It would be better suited to Handsworth or some similar dump.
DJ’s we’re on POINT! They did play some of the same music but it’s only right as the crowd changes! The music was so good in here for pre drinks, that we left our event to go back to this bar in the Arcadian! Drinks are fair £5 a drink/shot! But better selection of drinks! Good vibes all night!
Place has no drinks they do not go stock shopping clearly. Didn’t have any shots either. £10 to go £10 per drink and all they had was courvisour and vodka.... shocking to be honest and will not visit again... we left here to go to the club infront as the vibe looked better
Situated within Arcadian square, on Hurst street.. got there about 10pm .. was just starting to pick up... by midnight , the entire square went mental with people hopping from one bar to another.. This place, however, was the busiest with great vibes! Friendly staff, good music, and well dressed people with a positive attitude for a crazy night out. Had a lot of fun! Recommend going there early ish by about 11:00-11:30pm on weekends as this place picks up quite quickly.
