Simon is very knowledgable and helpful, taking the time to understand what kind of wine I normally drink and making some recommendations for me just outside my norm. Nice and relaxed, not at all pretentious. It’s all about the enjoyment of wine, not the snobbery that can surround it. Looking forward to the events nights they will be hosting.
Perfect addition to Chester's thriving market! Great selection of interesting wines - Simon is personable and knowledgeable and makes choosing the perfect wine easy. Along with wine, Vinological offers a selection of Spanish charcuterie, cheeses and olives! What more could I ask for!
