I changed 4 tyres here, went out when next day reached speed 70 m/h my steering wheel start wobbling. Came back after few days explaining the problem, they told me we can check it but you have to pay again. No respect
The service is great. I was seen to straight away to fix my tyre and the team are very polite and it’s reasonably priced.
Wouldn't bother with them. I went as I had a flat and needed a replacement tyre. They put in air and said there was no damage. On the drive home the air went again and punctured causing the car to swerve and I had two toddlers in the car which the guy had seen. Massive safety risk these people. Thankfully we didn't crash but this could have been a risk due to not being bothered enough to change the tyre
Clean your car at home than taking to them. I guarantee you will do better job. Also the guy didn't bother telling me that my car's bumper is going to be scrapped on the ramp instead he said don't worry it is made of plastic.
I phoned them up about an issue with my exhaust and they welcomed me to pop down so that they can have a look at it for me. I thought, yay! Wonderful! By the time I arrived and said that I was the guy who phoned up, they saw that I was Chinese and immediately within 10 seconds said they told me to go. They didn't want to deal with me, I saw the looks in their eyes. They gave me the impression that I'm Chinese so must have the COVID-19. I'm born and bred in the UK and this is the first time in nearly 50 years did I feel badly treated. I won't be going there ever again. May I suggest that they ask customers on the phone if they are Chinese or not? To save us from wasting a journey.
Very poor experience. I got a tyre replacement on Monday and it was completely flat by Tuesday morning. I asked for refund as I had to get another company to fix it at my house as I couldn’t drive the car. They refused refund, were aggressive and shouting at me that it was my fault I had a flat tyre. Won’t use again. Very rude. Brand new tyre was completely flat within 24 hours.
Friendly people but I must say this review is for the car wash which I am a regular customer. I find the service to be quite robust with a lot of attention to detail when you choose mini-valet option. I highly recommend the car wash.
