Had the Armadillo experience, worth every penny. The keeper Ryan was very knowledgeable and passionate about animals, and the environment, learned a lot. The armadillos are soooo friendly!!! Spent the day the there, the animals are well looked after, great park, lovely friendly staff. If you visit now they have baby meerkats !!!!

Small but wonderful place. We got a discounted ticket for the family but defo value for money. Quite a varied amount of animals with plenty of room, very informative of information, farm yard animals was felt to be detached from the main building and a walk around but worth having a look. Around 40% of enclosures didn't have anything in or were in hiding but enough to make it enjoyable. Nice shop and superb staff. Could do with a bit more along the trails but was an enjoyable place to come and defo recommend to people, defo coming here again.

Lovely afternoon out. Great for kids and adults. Easy access for prams and wheelchairs. There's also a little cafe near the entrance and a coffee cart inside the park. There's a play area and art centre for kids.

Came here to visit the wildlife park as my daughter is doing a T Level here. Was absolutely surprised at how good a day out it was for the price! Has looked at other places to go within our area & would have cost me about £60 just to get in - was only £23 for 3 of us to get in here. They had talks at different animals/times through out the day & the animals are very well cared for. The place is larger than I expected & really well kept. A lot of it looks quite new & I was super impressed with the facilities. There’s a play area that was good although my 7yr old said it was a bit young for him but still managed to enjoy going on some of the larger pieces. There’s a cafe that was reasonably priced too. They do have picnic benches dotted around too, so you can take your own food to keep costs down. I’m surprised they don’t advertise this place better but this did mean it wasn’t busy at all & perfect for us to potter about without fighting to see anything. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone living within a 45 minute drive as it’s a fairly cheap day out & kept us all entertained for a good 3hrs.

Came in for a little visit for the morning whilst passing through the area. Lots of animals to see, really lovely grounds and beautiful park all in all. Value for money was incredible as it only cost £7.50 pp with a BLC/Student discount. We spent around 2.5 hours here and saw everything at least once, with some animals getting a second look-in. Lots of shaded outdoor areas, which I was grateful for as I burn easily and it was ridiculously hot!

What a lovely little place. Very reasonably priced and the grounds are beautiful. Lots of trees and beautiful plants and flowers. All the animals have spacious and wonderfully clean enclosures. There is also a play area for the children which is very good, we only spent 2 hours there as we had a schedule but if we took our time we could have easily spent 3/4 hours. There's also a cafe but we didn't use it

This is a very good place to take any animal lover. They have a good range of birds, reptiles and furry creatures to make it a great few hours out. It is affordable and it is good to upgrade your ticket to a season pass, however it is not open on weekdays. There is an adventure playground, farm area and a cafe outside (although it wasn't open when we visited which was a shame!). Overall was a good visit!

Great place for a family day out and the ticket price is so reasonable. My nephew (7) loved it! Plenty of animals to see and a great play park. As with any thing animal related some animals were asleep or hiding which was a bit disappointing although no one can be blamed for that. Animals need private space too. We went as my nephew wanted to see animals but not a farm. This place had a great mixture of farm animals and the more exotic. Had a great time hunting beetle statutes and looking at everything. For the price this place is great and the staff were lovely. Only thing that let's it down slightly is the grubby looking fish tanks. They are clean but the plastic is damaged giving a not so great first impression, although we did spot a sign saying that they are working on this so once it's done this place will truly be perfect. Definitely recommend at visit.
