   From the moment we contacted the office the service was excellent and far above our expectations. Andy came out to measure up and approximately 2 weeks after Andy and James came to install new radiators. Both very polite and professional explained everything as they went along and how things worked. Left house nice and tidy after doing the job made sure everything worked correctly. We are so pleased we have asked for another quote for more work. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

   I’ve lived in Wilmslow for just over six years and In that time, I’ve found it incredibly difficult to find reliable, good quality tradespeople who do what they say they’ll do. Add Heat are an absolute class act in this regard and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Charlotte in the office was super friendly and helpful every time I spoke with her and Adam was really friendly and worked with me to find the right solution to my problem. Andy was our actual engineer who spent a long day and a half on the job and was just brilliant at working around a number of obstacles he faced due to our old house. He was lovely and very easy to have around. Thank you all for a great job, we will definitely be using your services again!

He took the time to answer our questions, demonstrated the key functions of the new boiler and left the house spotless when the work was completed. Highly recommended.
