   Order the unit and basin waited one week for collection first i checked by phone and they said they have it and then they said none in stock and they refunding my money that was 8/09/2025 today is 10/10/2025 and still no refund i emailed them 3 times and no respond i am sure they good business but they not organised business

   Massive thank you to Vinesh and the team for an amazing service, researching, sourcing and ordering in the right products we needed to paint 3x History and Heritage Murals in Worcestershire. For example: Vinesh himself when out of his way to research the right external masonary primer for us, and suggested one with an antifungal, which worked wonders on the walls - ensuring a longer lifespan for our public mural artwork. Their trade knowledge is top tier and would highly reccomend their service.

   I buy everything from them and they always have stock and good prices. But what's more important is they save me £100's in repair people call out fees by just telling me what I need to do to fix stuff in / outside my house. I spoke to a neighbour and he said they do the same for him. A good solid family business that genuinely cares about local people's homes all being fixed and functioning well.    This tools shop is excellent, it looks like a luxury place, inside all is nice tidy and neat, it has all you need for diy and above. Price are competitive, better than on line. The owners are nice, friendly and very helpful, they give advice and they are genuine people, this is a good gift for a busy town like London where no one has time for others. One of the shop owner helped my daughter to to get used with the padlock for the school locker, as she started the high school and she had to buy one, this guy had time to teach her how to use the code of the padlock. I found this very kind of him. I absolutely recommend this excellent shop

   I highly recommend Hatch End Hardware for general advice and high-end products. My husband and I designed our bathroom and Hatch End Hardware helped us source the products needed. We received excellent customer service, advice, and the staff were helpful throughout our bathroom renovation. We also installed a Megaflow boiler system, Hatch End Hardware were extremely helpful in helping us understand the system and making sure our plumbers had everything needed to install the system without any difficulties. Great advice to put the water softener too!
