His help in getting a broken key out of a lock was appreciative beyond words! This hardware store in Neasden is well recommended and not overpriced which saves my pocket!    Honest, professional and kind service! I had to replace my door lock, so I needed a new one and some tools to do it. Since I have no Idea which lock to buy or what to do, I visited many hardware stores and even so I had pictures of my old lock none of them wanted to help or even give advice on which lock to buy, they where trying to over charge me, and they all asked to first bring my old lock and then give me a substitute. The gentleman in Neasden Hardware, was very nice and helpful, he gave me a similar lock to my old one and the right tool for my budget to fix it. And he even told me that If the lock doesn’t fit correctly I can bring it back and get another one, no extra charges needed. And he did all of this without me complaining or telling him my life story, which indicates thoughtfulness and honesty! Rare qualities in businesses these days. Highly recommend!

   I can’t thank Matt at this store enough for his incredible help! I was exhausted trying to find the right hardware and a specific screw that many other shops wouldn’t even bother helping with. Another local hardware store recommended this place, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. Matt went above and beyond with his professionalism and vast knowledge, showing a genuine willingness to help. I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful store nearby. Highly recommend!    my now go to shop for all my building and hardware needs, they have everything in there from paints to ironmongery, if they don't have it they can get it in really quick and really good prices, much better then going to these big shops that cant even give good advice, guys behind the counter super knowledgeable, keep up the good work lads I have told all my mates and people in the trade about this shop, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

   For the size of the shop, they have very good selection of tools, ironmongery and fixings. Young lad on the counter is very helpful. BTW; I don't know what is Lolly talking about, she gave the answer, but what was the question? Something for microwave? It is hardware store, not Curys!

   I called in to look for something particular and my response from the person that answered the call was appalling! ! I am THE CUSTOMER, I would have expected him to help as much as he could. He didn't even try! All he said was, " I don't know what you are looking for,I don't use microwaves!! "....This was unacceptable! !! In my opinion, he used all the wrong words ! Even if I really wanted the piece of material I was looking for, I surely will not get it from you. Bad first time impression !

   Sold me some cheap shelf supports that snapped as they were being screwed into the wall (right sized hole), owner refused to refund me as the tip of the bolt was still in my wall, he was being a real @rse about it too. The assistant is helpful on the other hand, but I would save your money and the effort of trying to work with overpriced tat.
