   Excellent store, some items were out of stock and many shelves were empty as well as a few doggy treats but the staff was very welcoming especially the fact that dogs are allowed in the store which was a bonus. Overall highly recommend this store.

   I really like Wilko. It's got shades of all those 'old fashioned' hardware stores, and is a bit contemporary at the same time. I needed an emergency car Jump Starter, sadly they had sold out but their price was £15 less than a big Nationwide Car Parts Company. So great value. I bought some cheap and cheerful kitchen items to make the shopping trip worth the visit. They have some great deals on memory sticks and cards. I'll have to return when they have the item I want back in stock. They have a surprisingly good pet foods and pet things to keep you occupied and great household items. Great place to have a relaxed mooch!

   Well I went there to buy few things I saw on promotion online...and I went till there driving 20 min to hear "Oh, we don't have this things"...well ok...I wanted to by at least the black cartridge for my hp printer and at the end they didn't have it..such a waste of time! The only good thing here is the costumer service.

   Never buy bulbs from wilko!!!! I’ve had two of these in my hanging lights fall out and the glass smash! Luckily no one was near the lights when fallen out and smashed! The filament remains and the glass has fallen out and smashed. And the lights have only been on a couple of hours each time. Absolutely awful and could cause serious fatality!!! Wilko should be ashamed for selling such faulty products

   Arrived after midday and the queue was only 5 people long, so did not wait long. Nicely managed so not too many people inside. Found mostly what I needed but a few areas had empty shelves but that's to be expected with how things are at the moment. Friendly staff helped me out on the shop floor and at the tills - great service throughout.
