   Went there yesterday to hire a minnie digger. asked a girl at the counter about it.she said the fellow that over it is busy at the moment. And said to make my self a coffee. After about 10 minutes a chap that was serving some one else got up and came out side the counter and asked me what I wanted .I told him what I wanted. He went inside the counter. And was ringing some one. he put it on loud speaker it was ringing put no answer. So he said to me .you know you have to give a big deposit. So I said how much. He said the value of the machine.i said to him that's about three or four thousand.yes he said if that's what they cost.the fone was still ringing however he was calling. I told him to forget it.and walked out .it looked like he was trying to get rid of me.apslute joke. How can any buisness keep going .with these kind of staff. I wouldn't goe inside the door again.

   The worst place to order materials from, they never deliver on time sometimes they send to different addresses, when u phone them up they keep lying at you, every time they say oh the driver is on the way to your site from morning till afternoon. I would rather pay extra money somewhere else than getting materials from Jewson’s Cricklewood. Their brunch manager is such a big lier.

   Phoned several times throughout the morning trying to hire a petrol cement mixer for the next day. Talked first with a receptionist who passed my details to the manager who said he's got the mixer I wanted and said he'd get back to me. So after three hours with no call back I again phoned them. Another receptionist answered saying they're very busy and passed my details to the same manager. Again still no call back after two hours so called again and got the exact same response from another receptionist. After another couple of calls and apparently being fobbed off I'd had enough and tried hiring through the company's website, but it resulted in the request being sent to the same depot I had been phoning earlier and I still got no communication from this branch after having gone through the website route. So being frustrated I tried hiring the same cement mixer through a competitor's (starts with 'H' followed by two 'S') website during out of office hours and it was just a breeze! Got my mixer delivered no probs. This Cricklewood branch doesn't seem to be capable of offering a basic service and is not dependable if running a construction project - I'd give zero stars if I could.
