Jordan, what a top man. I needed a couple of door locks for the stables where i work. Having no clue about how to measure them correctly or what type they was and within minutes he got exact replacements for me. Any spare parts i need in the future, well im going to this Toolstation.
It was a lovely experience visiting toolstation for the first time. I was sent to purchase a door latch by my husband. I was completely clueless and didn’t know where to begin. However, Mohammad was a great help and thoroughly assisted me and answered any queries that I had. He made the visit extremely pleasant and was very welcoming!

Excellent Click & Collect service during Covid-19 lockdown. Very quick and efficient. Having a catalogue aids ordering so you know exactly what to order with the product code from it. Found it difficult to order by scrolling through dozens of pages (screens) to find what I wanted then remembered I had a real catalogue. Once I had a list of products it was easy to order in line. No sooner had I ordered, a minute or so later I got the text to say I could collect it. Very keen prices and a wide choice too .
