   I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your store. I have always considered your establishment a reliable place to shop, but my experience yesterday was quite frustrating. I visited the store after being assured the previous day that a pallet of wooden panels (located on the bottom pallet) would be unloaded overnight and made available for purchase today. Upon arrival, I discovered the panels were still on the pallet and could not be accessed because staff were unable to use the forklift during the day. As a result, I was unable to make my purchase despite being advised otherwise. This situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and a wasted journey. I have since had to make my purchase elsewhere. I would appreciate it if you could review this issue and take steps to ensure accurate information is provided to customers regarding product availability in the future. Even click and collect would not remedy this I was advised.

   Hello dear builders and workers, Please do not buy anything from this shop. In a very short time — only about 20 to 30 minutes — all of my tools were stolen from the parking area of this shop, and my car was broken into. Please stay cautious and avoid this place. Thank you.
