Wouldn’t go back and strongly don’t recommend. Unorganised and unprofessional. Nails lasted only 3 days despite the high price. Was told I could get them redone within the week, but wasn’t informed it had to be with the same technician wasted my time. Plenty of better salons out there.
I was a new client. I had my nails done by a young lady who was polite and pleasant but I do not think she did a very good job. They put gel over BIAB here, which made the nails very thick. They weren’t shaped very well either. Won’t be returning.
A lovely salon, nice staff and they do a good job but terrible organisation. Had an appointment confirmed via text and the booking system only to be told after arriving and waiting for 10 minutes on the day that they had overbooked and had no appointment for me on their system. Upon rebooking for a second time I was then phoned up a few days before the appointment to say they didn’t have anyone free on the day I had been booked in for so cancelled again. A real shame but have lost faith in making a booking!
Roxy at Silk Lounge is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She is open minded and honest about ideas I’ve chosen and will recommend what looks best. I always leave happy and staring at my nails!
Very disappointed in this salon lady that done then made them all different lengths, I come out phoned them and they said they was nothing they could do till Monday but was quick enough to take £40 off me, never will use these again 1 hand is longer than the other Bailey
A friend recommended Silk Lounge to me as I was fed up with nail salons I had been visiting in Basildon. All I can say is I will not be getting my nails done anywhere else. The salon is run by an appointment system which is great as other salons I have felt like I am on a conveyer belt. All the girls are lovely and they really provide a quality service and go above and beyond. I've been back every month :)
Absolutely disgusting service , been using them 3 months and in that time , they have double booked my appointment twice and unable to help me out On my first appointment we’re very nice , chatty and approachable However after this first time rude, and didn’t make any effort to communicate They are not a cheap place !!!!! Maybe they need to change who runs their diary system
This nail salon is the best really nice workers in there. I went in the for wanting acrylic they told me to use SNS because it is better for your nails and last longer. So glad they told me that every time I will go in there I get SNS nails thank you.
Best pedicure in Billericay ...fabulous Kush borrowed from the Tenerife salon, so hope she comes back soon 10/10
Do not use!!!!!!!!! Booked an appointment 3 days ago, to get a call 15 mins before to say can I come 15 mins later, not a problem. Went to the salon, for me to be told that they cannot fit me in as they dont have enough pedicure stations. Absolutely terrible management and not even a sincere apology from anyone in there. Will never recommend anyone too use this salon. Would give 0 stars if I could.
