I visited today with a new watch that was far too big. The owner was incredibly friendly, helpful and took the right amount of links of out the watch so it fit perfectly, all within 5 minutes and free of charge! She also gave me all the info I needed for having my wedding ring cleaned - I will 100% be returning to have that done.
Helen is a beautiful soul. Loveliest person it have met in a while. And her smile is definitely contagious. Thank you for the help in making a decision for the gift I needed for someone who has it all.
I recently bought my dream watch, an Omega Speedmaster Date. I needed the bracelet alternating, so obviously wanted to take it to a professional how would do so with care. Chris took this time with me and he adjusted the strap several times until I was happy with the fine. His passion for watches / knowledge and advice was first class and very interesting. I was unfortunate to lose the diamond out of my engagement ring luckily I found it by a miracle. I look it to my local jewellers and Helen was so helpful caring and reassuring.. I’m so glad it took it to Helen and the goldsmith because by far the best service I’ve experienced in a long time and now I have my bright shiny engagement ring back where it belongs it looks exactly like it did when my husband proposed (brand new).. thank you so much you can see how much work and passion that went into to fix xx
My sausage fingers were becoming dangerously too tight for my wedding band and I wanted it enlarging. Helen explained my options, stretching vs splicing and put me at ease with leaving my ring with them after not removing it for nearly 20 years. I left the shop feeling confident that they would look after my ring and understood how important it was to me. Around a week later it was ready for collection. Now it fits perfectly and was returned polished and looking like new. Also for two rings for my wife rhodium coated. They also came back looking like new and she was very happy about it. Was charged £25 a ring which thigh was good value. Great job by the in house jeweller how came speak to me to explain the work, great service by the Helen who is front of house. Would definitely recommend

Chris came up with the ldea and crafted the most beautiful little dog paws that contains Jake & Tilly's ashes that sit perfectly on a necklace. I’ve just collected a set of beautiful rings handmade by Chris to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Together with friends and Helen at the shop, we found the perfect design which would incorporate my family’s birthstones. Nothing was too much trouble. The time and passion it has taken to create my rings is evident and you can tell how much Chris loves his work by talking to him and by the magic he creates. They are perfect and so beautiful.
