   I went into Homebase Staines on Thursday. I was desperate to get my hands on laminate flooring. I write this review following an excellent customer support I received from very young ladies at this shop.The product I was after was out of stock , they tried everything they could, to find the product for me. They took time contacting other branches, searched the store warehouse , just in case. They demonstrated professionalism,determination, excellent communication skills, above all they worked with a smile in their faces. Such a service is hard to come by these days. Keep up the good work , and thank you very much once again wonderful young ladies.

   Extremely disappointing Click and Collect experience. The staff managing the Click and Collect service are consistently unhelpful, rude, and shockingly unaware of their own terms and conditions. On multiple occasions, I've encountered arrogant behaviour — even when they were clearly at fault. Instead of resolving issues, they respond with hostility and dismissiveness. It's unacceptable for front-line staff to be so poorly trained and to treat customers with such disregard. This level of service reflects very badly on the entire brand.

   Now The Range, a little more organised compared to what it was when it first opened. I feel it could flow better and that it should look at Slough for ideas on layout of items. A lot of Homebase stock is still there. Needs some work, overall, nice to have one closer to home.

   Not a typical layout for a homebase. It's hard to tell if it is a big or a small store Parking was easy and I found what I needed here and found the till op efficient and helpful. It is a little out of my area, but found it quicker to get tk than my local one (m25 was having a good day maybe)

   I looked online for a country style kitchen and fell in love with the Homebase cream Country Shaker kitchen. I decided to pop into the Staines Homebase to take a look at it in person and was greeted by kitchen designer, Aneisha Muhammad. I explained the look I was after and she immediately sat down at her computer and designed my new kitchen. Aneisha is a very experienced designer and was able to made use of every inch of space and while my focus was purely on the look of the kitchen, she made sure it was practical for every day use. As well as the design, Aneisha did everything possible to make sure I did not miss out on special offers and deals. I was delighted with the design plan and ordered the kitchen. Homebase gave me details of a builder who had glowing reviews and the kitchen installation was very quickly booked in. During the installation, Aneisha continued to work closely with the builders to ensure a smooth installation. Hearing from others, having a new kitchen is a very stressful experience, but for me it was the complete opposite. Working with Aneisha was a wonderful experience. She is such a lovely, friendly person who took care of everything without any fuss. I received a very personal service and a genuine interest in my new kitchen. The end results speak for themselves and I have had so many “WOWS” from friends and family who have seen the new kitchen. Thank you Aneisha and Homebase for delivering my dream kitchen.

   Wow Homebase is in decline. Turning into a jumble sale or bazaar nowadays. Lack of staff, lack of quality and overpriced in comparison to competitors. Parking decent and plenty of other hardware stores close by.

   Useless, Stores are there to provide service above and beyond online or they can't justify their existence. Barely any paint samples available, and I had to search the shelves to find only two of the four colours I was looking for. Tried ordering online from a store who had them only to get a call to say they actually didn't have them. Oh and they had a bizarre queuing system which wasn't signposted....just make customers feel uncomfortable.
