   Didn't preorder because i don't carry a bank card and their insistence that you have to present your payment card winds me up. How many people drop in to steal my draught excluder and door stops! Ridiculous.

   Staff were very helpful. When they struggled to help me find a product they called over a duty manager. She was very helpful and patient in helping me. I want to thank the whole byfleet team for always being kind and helpful especially Teresa for being extremely helpful but unfortunetly they didnt have the product i needed.
