   Incredibly helpful staff. I went in looking for a unique clip for my pressure washer which they didn’t have, however the helpful staff helped find a solution which works so much better than the original clip! They let me test the pressure washer out the back too. 10/10

   Why can’t I choose ten stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?? This shop and the staff deserve them! They are so helpful, always willing to find a solution even when customers ask for the most random items and they impeccably have a dog treat ready for all the customers furry friends! The range of items sold is incredible and you can buy ONE nail and ONE fuse instead of having to get a whole box like in bigger DIY chains. Bookham wouldn’t be the same without this shop-a local treasure

   If you go to B&Q, they have everything but you can never find what you want. If you go to Brackenburys they’ll always give you best advice, they always seem to have what you want, their prices are perfectly reasonable. And you will always go back Wonder if there should be an apostrophe though?

   I like to shop local and support local businesses as much as I can and I love Brackenburys, they have a huge selection of items and I've always been able to get what I've needed when I've been in there. I also love that traditional hardware store look, feel and smell. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and just lovely people. Support local and keep your local high street alive.
