   Received a partial dispatch on the 30th June 23 for a order placed on the 19th June, and fair enough I did receive an message to apologise for the delay. Since then I have tried to email and contact via their website to find out when the 3 outstanding bottles would be dispatched. I am sorry to say I have had no response at all from them. Since the order was placed the wine is now showing at out of stock, so I don't envisage that I will ever receive it. I have asked for a partial refund on the order - but no response at all. Very disappointed.

   Absolute scam I never recieved and order I pre ordered in November for my great grandpa so he never recieved his Christmas present thanks so much for that and then never replying to any of my emails whether your a customer service of one or not isnt my fault or any of the other hundreds who didn’t get there order it’s been 5 months nearly since I ordered and nothing from you! I’m going to be taking this further now

   They have scammed myself and many others out of our money. Orders placed, no product arrived, money taken. Vouchers provided do not work. Impossible to get hold of. Non-existent customer service. Check their TrustPilot reviews for more information and similar stories. STAY AWAY. Edit: as you can see, a public response has been received, yet they still haven’t responded to any of my emails.
