   Great builders merchant All about customer satisfaction Very friendly bunch Good banter New website soon launched All new staff (some lack of knowledge) Best prices I've seen so far. Negative: Got my order wrong once. I was ordering (female) but the till person was talking to my boyfriend about my order even though I was standing there.... which I found very rude. Will pop in again with my boyfriend and see if this happens again. Suggestion: if more than 1 person at till ask who is ordering. Normally its the person with the account.

   Paid Thursday for Monday morning delivery! Time now 13:31 Monday and still does not arrived! Spent about 4-5k in last 2 monts on this branch. Getting nightmare now.Just wast my time to wait delivery from 8:00 am morning! Never use them again!

   Not only have Laker been providing us with fantastic service since our business first started trading - including consistency in delivery times, great prices, clean stock, and outstanding customer service. On our last delivery we had a very large order, tricky parking meaning the lorry had to park 15 houses down, and only one of our men on site to offload. One quick phone call later by the driver and 3 more Laker employee's arrive to help get the whole delivery off the lorry and walked down the road onto site.    This is a really good builder shop, with reach product range and reasonable prices. Everything which you need a full house refurb and garden landscape and fence. Free parking with disabled entrance. Absolutely helpfull staff who are experienced wirh they product. If they haven't something in stock, they will find a solution to order it quickly. Free delivery is available.
