I got my ring back today after some work it needed doing and it looks like a brand new ring ! So chuffed , beautiful craftsmanship. I will be back with some items that need a much needed polish , thank you and Merry Christmas !
I’ve used this jewellers for a few years to have my wife’s rings cleaned and re coated and can’t fault the care and service provided . The staff are extremely helpful and paul helped me out recently when buying a pre owned watch which he didn’t really have to do but he goes above and beyond for his customers. Went in recently to get my sterling silver bracelet cleaned as it got tarnished whilst at a spa break. Paul and his team reassured me they'd be able to clean my bracelet and also offered to clean my rings for free when I went to collect my bracelet. My bracelet is shiny and clean again and I can't thank Paul and his team enough. A few friends have been to have their rings cleaned for free and were provided with helpful advice on getting their rings adjusted to fit their finger properly - fantastic service and would highly recommend for anyone who needs any of their jewellery cleaned or readjusted.

After losing a diamond from my ring, Paul advised and repaired my precious ring beautifully. The replacement diamond was matched perfectly with the other remaining diamonds and it looked like new once repaired. Fantastic repair and service.....would highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic service received here. Repaired and remodelled a vintage platinum diamond ring set which had belonged to my mother. Paul came to my rescue after I had experienced difficulty with a different jeweller/company, following being dissatisfied with my engagement ring setting. Paul listened to my concerns and was very informative and honest about what could be achieved. Paul's knowledge and guidance helped me to receive a refund for the setting I was dissatisfied with from the previous company. Throughout the process I was kept up to date by Christine who was always at the end of the phone to assist me with any queries. My new bespoke engagement ring is more than I could have hoped for. The attention to detail really is a testament to Paul's experience within the industry. On request Paul also kindly filmed parts of the creation of my ring, a very special memento which i cannot wait to see. Paul worked especially hard to ensure my ring was ready for Christmas eve. I would definitely recommend his services and I am eternally grateful for his superior craftsmanship. I am sure we will be back for our wedding bands!
