   Without a doubt the worst garage experience I've had. Did the work then refused to check why it wasn't working. Claiming, without checking, that it is not the fault of what they did. I didn't accuse them, just asked them to check what's wrong. Save your time and money people. Anywhere better than this mechanic. I wouldn't entrust them with a bicycle.

   Did my timing chain on my jaguar, went to dealers they could fix but price was extortionate!! Jp auto did it for third of the price with dealer parts. After that took my porche to them and they fixed it with lots of faults. Highly recommended for a good job and would recommend for friends and Family. Well done JP team 5 stars ******

   This is a true find, definitely my best experience ever of a garage and of doing a MOT- and I had many! Lovely people, professional and very open and honest, everything went smooth and really quick. I initially failed the MOT for a tyre and they advised me on what to do and all was sorted in less than an hour. Also advised on work I might want to do in the future and I will certainly be back. Fabulous service, highly recommended. My dad also had a major issue with his Range Rover where he had taken it to more than 5 different garages around Bolton and no one could seem to have fixed the issue which was some sought of electric issue . I then took it to JP Auto services who within a couple weeks had my dads car back in the road as the car needed completely stripping .

   Edit 2: so you let random people sit in the office behind the desk and take keys and go through paperwork? And you let random people use your ramp to pull the van onto? So when ever I dropped a key off and said give it to Raju and they happily took it they didnt know who Raju is. Edit: i cant reply to the owners response, so your telling me the person i dealt with who sat in the office in-front of all other staff, who worked on the van infront of everyone is invisible and im dreaming?? Seriously. I have txt evidence of everything, i will remove this review once i am refunded for the loss he caused me. Avoid at all costs, Raju is a liar will mess you around, will tell you there are faults which don’t exist, will keep making excuses whilst stealing your money, The man has no care in the world, unfortunately i realised too late that he was messing me around, Absolute cowboy ripping people off. Messed me around for almost 2 years and still didn’t resolve the issue nor give me my money back. Gave up when i hid a tracker in the van, he said he’s sending it off to a specialist but had it in his yard, when confronted he made excuses as usual. Apparently im not the only one hes messed around
