   I have used Seccombe for years now both for my home and for trade. I always have a trade account for whatever company I work for. The staff there are helpful, especially at the trade counter they always put themselves out to help, and I would definitely recommend Seccomb for building materials, their prices aren't the cheapest but you pay for what you get.

   Life savers! My builder needed 3 more large bags of sharp sand (1 tonne) and told me late Friday afternoon so that he can complete his work on Saturday (tomorrow). Called different companies such as Selco and all can only deliver on a Monday. I called Seccombe and Keith sorted a delivery to my house within minutes! No joke, I was still on the phone paying for the sharp sand and it had arrived in front of my house. It's in the local area but still to organise a delivery within minutes on a Friday afternoon is what I call exceptional service. Will be using this company from now on!

   My company has been purchasing supplies from Seccombe's yard at Wyke Green for several years and have consistently been happy with the service we have received. The staff - both in the yard, trade counter and back office are knowledgable and friendly and go the extra distance to be helpful. This branch has a good stock of both metric and imperial bricks and other clayware for underground drainage. They sell natural hydraulic lime for traditional laying work which is relatively hard to find these days and generally they stock items which large merchants like TP or Selco wouldn't touch. The other day I visited and the gentleman running the outdoor yard looked after my bicycle while I went into make a purchase at the trade counter. It is this attention to detail that I look for in a merchant.

   Been there yesterday at 4pm to buy some support wood for my bed. A very friendly and polite gentleman there. He found right sizes of timber for me and cut into 12 pieces to my request, no waste! This was second time I shopped there. All good experience.
