The whole team go above and beyond to get the right stuff, on time, in budget and with a smile on their faces. Can’t say I’ve had better service …. Use the same branch wherever the job is!! Daniel recently delivered to my house with great skill, it was no easy task due to the size of the vehicle and the road being tight due to cars being parked on double yellows on an already tight road. which delayed his day, but he perservered and successfully delivered my equipment just in time for the weekend job ahead. 5 star for effort. thanks again.
The staff at this Travis Perkins are fantastic. My partner and I had a pipe burst in our flat and we needed some industrial dehumidifiers to help with the soaking wet walls and ceilings. John was extremely helpful and understanding, he helped us rent out the dehumidifiers and helped get them into our flat very quickly and we are incredibly grateful. The quick response to our needs has helped us massively in the long term. I highly recommend going to Travis Perkins.

I have never dealt with such a poorly managed unorganised company before, there seems to be no communication between any staff what soever. Everytime I have ordered materials it either turns up late or doesn't turn up at all which has cost me a lot of money over the last few months. If you want a simple stress free experience go to lords round the corner I have started using them now.
Bad experience, I rang the store 3 times pre delivery call no answer ( busy) arrived parked outside hi viz on , boots ect approached a young kad who was shrink wrapping a small pallet . When he had finished I said Helloooo delivery for you . His reply was who are you shouting at ? I'm 52 and he had a Bad attitude in my eyes . I wish I had gone and seen a senior member of staff . TP staff are normally good and very professional . The guy who unloaded me MR FULLER was just that in every way . The 1 star is for the young boys Attitude
