I went to Royale Stones this morning to get a few kitchen floor tiles
There’s a sign on the door saying press the bell once and they will come to do the door please give some time as Jay has a bad back.
Jay opened the door and showed me inside.

Worst customer service ever.
I had the wrong tiles delivered to me yesterday, this has delayed the building work taking place and resulted in me having to pay for few extra days labour. It takes absolutely ages to get through to anyone via the telephone, it took me 10 attempts before I finally got through to someone by the name of Ross. He sounded like he had me on loud speaker, as everything he said echoed and I couldn't hear him clearly. Secondly he wanted images to evidence they were the wrong tiles delivered, even though I had emailed them as one of the boxes came torn, so we could see a chipped tile and the name of the tiles on the box was incorrect. I asked what he will do to compensate for the inconvenience caused, and extra money I have to pay to the builder, to which he replied he would need to speak to a manager. I then got an email from Lavish. For the hold up to our building work and extra cost of labour he offered a free bottle of tile cleaner! It’s an absolute joke, if a client had ordered more tiles by mistake or need to return them, then you have to pay for them to be picked up, however when the company makes a mistake you get offered tile cleaner!
I also had incorrect emails prior to my wrong tiles being delivered, that were supposed to be sent to another customer.
Very unsatisfactory experience. The company does not understand the importance of good customer service especially when I'm a returning customer.
(Received another email this morning from Lavish apparently they can't offer compensation but can give £35 cashback once I send pictures of the completed project, what a joke. He has the audacity to ask for pictures after project completed so that they can advertise the tiles, but can't give compensation and have to wait for the joke of a £35 cashback when it's costing me more to pay for labour)

Once again on the response to my review, you've got the wrong tiles, I've ordered polished finish tiles not sugar finish tiles. I'm hoping my re-delivery is not incorrect again

Geraldine from customer service contacted me, to apologise for the poor service provided to me previously and kindly compensated me with £60 due to the inconvenience caused. She was friendly and helpful and would have been good to receive this kind of customer service from the start. I've changed my review from 1 star to 2 star, as first impressions always make an lasting impression.

Terrible customer service by Ross. Several tiles arrived damaged and many were covered in cardboard glue which took over an hour to scrub off. Agreed on a refund for the damaged tiles, which took many phone calls and emails. It shouldn’t take three weeks to process a simple refund. A lot of unnecessary time wasted with this company.

Let me provide some reassurance.
First of all, the communication from this company is second to none. Manish & Lavish are both very helpful (Manish, attentive & polite online with answering any questions & queries I had prior to ordering x3 full packs of 600/900mm (21.6sqm) in light grey). He even looked into a small discount, due to amount being bought after I asked - which was most welcomed & sealed the deal for me. (Lavish - Prompt on emails, gave clear replies & to the point, answering all questions even when I had called, out of normal hours so, very happy with him also.
Price, is very competitive. You will see this and know for yourself - so I don't need to go over this. In this day & age, this is one of the major factors in making a purchase of this size. No issues here.
