I used Croxley to kit out my new bathroom. They helped me all the way through from design to recommending a great fitter. Thoroughly happy with the service. Everything was delivered on time and happy with the quality of everything I ordered. Couldn't recommend them enough!
I ordered a pipe on the Friday and paid £13 for next working day delivery. The order confirmation page stated estimated delivery should be on the Monday. All good. On Monday I got a message from the courier saying it would be delivered on Tuesday. Inconvenient but we rescheduled our project by a day. Tuesday came and went with no contact from the courier or Croxley. I called Croxley on Wednesday morning and asked them to look into it as I had no tracking number or means to contact the courier. More than 4 hours later I called again as I hadn’t had a response. I was told they would call the delivery company - why that hadn’t been done earlier in the day I don’t know. The young guy I spoke to didn’t seem bothered despite me trlling him we were having to delay a concrete pour because of the delay. 90 minutes later I finally got a call back to advise that the pipe had been damanged in transit. I could have a refund or they could send out a replacement that would be delivered in …another 2 days! Again the guy I spoke to didn’t seem bothered & blamed the couriers. I asked if they would do overnight delivery and was told no. Refund requested. Very poor customer service
We are very happy with our new bathroom which was supplied and fitted by Croxley Plumbing. The service provided was excellent, from the initial consultation at home to choosing our bathroom suite in the showroom and the actual refit, everyone involved was very helpful. The fitter worked very hard so that the bathroom was completed in 3 weeks, it was lovely to have a fitter who tidied up after himself! Would definetely recommend.
Croxley plumbing have been fantastic. A massive shout out to Gwyn who’s attention to detail was amazing, he really cared about what we wanted to achieve and even noticed that the handles didn’t match everything else and emailed me to change them. I will 100% be using them in the future and can’t recommend them enough!
So delighted with my new bathroom which was a complete refit. Bob gave me really good advice and Dave and Connor were a pleasure to have in my house. I have already recommended Croxley Plumbing to my friends.

Staff at Croxley Plumbing and Heating were helpful and supportive throughout the whole process of designing choosing and us changing our minds ( because there is just so much choice available). There was a problem with one of the items supplied by a manufacturer and the team went above and beyond to find us a resolution. I would certainly recommend Croxley Plumbing and Heating.
Croxley Plumbing fitted my bathroom two years ago. This week, having found a minor leak they quickly came over to rectify the problem and while here sorted another plumbing issue I had. Great service. Very professional. Very Reliable. Good Job!
