   I am writing this as a big thank you for the marvellous service I have received in the last 10 days. I ordered a card machine which I need urgently and which arrived on time next day. I am not naturally good at getting to grips with new technical equipment, and I mentioned to The Duty Manager, Dalbir, who served me that I hoped that I would be able to make the whole thing work. Once I had brought the card machine home, I grappled with the instructions and didn't find any of the online videos helpful. Dalbir had said to me that if I had any difficulties, I could bring in the card machine and he would help me set it up so that it would be functional.. This is exactly what he did for me yesterday. He knew exactly how my smart phone worked, which is more than I do!, and patiently went through all the various processes needed to connect the phone to the card machine. We even tested it in store. What this means is that I'm now all set up to use it. So I am really grateful. Thank you Dalbir.

   Exceptionally rude and disrespectful service by “Branch Manager” Tom that doesn’t bother train his dependants as they had to ask for help twice. Refused exchange of faulty item with proof of fault and within 4 days of purchase. Was refused further help and sent away to a different store. Wasted time, petrol and patience. Seems to me like this “Branch Manager” got picked out a hat or stuck around long enough to get a title as he started tapping his fancy name badge when asked for a superior and refused further explanation or elaboration.

   I am not good on tablets since books taken away. I find difficult to shop but. Everytime i shop in screfix hanworth a bright young lady narinda help me find my goods. She is very helpful and smile always.

   As always Screwfix product supply and choice was excellent - my issue is that I ordered online for collection and when attending the store the employee said I had to check in to collect rather than simply directly help me (in a not busy store). I found the attitude condescending and unhelpful and atypical of Screwfix personnel. The person needs training.

   Great product availability at unbeatable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Delivery is an option if you dont want to collect. Safe place to get what you need. Can order on line then just collect. Plenty of parking available. Ideal all round.

   Very good experience. Have been to the shop twice. Once to buy something, other to get an advice. Both the time I was dealt with care and my queries were fully addressed. Thank you for such an amazing culture for customers. And all precautions were in place relating to distancing, following guidelines etc. Looking forward to my next visit :)
