   Rude staff that don’t want to be in their role so take out on customers. Also hard to understand accents, not suitable to work in retail. Do better. Manners cost nothing.

   The Watford branch or rather 0330 number is only active Monday to Friday. Is it beyond the wit to have someone to answer at weekends...no problem..off to Screwfix...much better.

   Just bought a pack of 5 gu10 led bulbs Unfortunately won't give my business here again as the person serving me extremely non friendly and reluctant to answer any questions. I ran 3 of my own shops and was always grateful that a customer came into my shop for help and to give their business. Toolstation needs to retrain this man. Won't be coming back to this branch.    I would highly recommend this place for its excellent customer service and the way they are happy to help, even for someone like me with very little DIY knowledge. A huge thank you to Zahir in particular who has served me twice and always gone above and beyond to ensure I am buying the correct materials I need. His manner is always polite, professional but friendly as well. This branch of Toolstation and in particular Zahir, is the only place I will be going to now for all my DIY materials.
