My Partner has got me a few items from here, I had some gorgeous grey squiggle earrings that recently broke on me ( had them for years) My partner brought them back to see if anything can be done repairs wise. ( he’s cheeky like that) and Frances has fixed them good as new. I get so many compliments on these earrings and always telling people where they’re from. I have visited the shop a few times, but my latest experience with them was actually over the phone. I was unable to go in person, so I spoke to one of the owners over the phone, explained my budget and she sent me some photos to choose from. Payment was taken over the phone and then posted out to me. Thanks so much!!
