   I bought a copper pipe online, the first time I collected it from the store without any issue. The second time they told me that there is no space in the store to keep these items temporary. I should collect 3mt pipe in Watford. I am really disappointed, and considering that B&Q is really expensive I don't think I will ever buy anything from them anymore.

   Never order from B&Q if you live in a flat or apartment. Pathetic and inept delivery service. They refused to deliver to my address because I live in an apartment and couldn't be bothered to find parking. They expected me to come down and pick up 5 rolls of vinyl even though I'm just over 5ft and disabled. Customer service woman was unprofessional and horrible to.

   Absolute disgrace. Came in 20 minutes before closing and the security guard told me I was too late to cut a key… really?! They couldn’t be bothered to serve me further as stated I was too late. Why have opening times if you’re not going to to keep them

   Love this B&Q , the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. You can get loads here and order anything they don't have. They have garden items, plants, paint, DIY tools, kitchen products, garden furniture, household items and so much more!

   It is a novelty to see a B&Q branch on a high street. This branch is obviously much smaller than your usual warehouse stores but it has all the essential stuff you need. The staff in this branch are very helpful, nothing was too much for them. Me and the other half will definitely go back to this branch in future. EDIT: Now downgrading them to 3 stars, their click and collect operation is poor. I placed an order online and received an email to say I could collect my order on the same day. I went to the store to only be told that it was not possible to do same day collections, there was a 'glitch' on their systems that gave incorrect information on their order confirmation emails. They need to get the problem sorted to stop people making wasted journeys to the store.
