   I had a very disappointing experience at this store, mainly due to one of the female staff members who was extremely unprofessional. I went in to buy a Vivienne Westwood watch and asked to see two models—one priced at £275 and the other at £285. I chose the £285 watch and used my partner’s £50 Christmas discount card, bringing the expected price down to £235. However, the staff member mistakenly charged me for the £275 watch instead. I ended up paying £225, not realising the error until I got home and opened the box to find the wrong watch. When I returned the next day, the same staff member didn’t even acknowledged the situation also never admitted her mistake. Instead, she told me I had to pay an additional £31.50 because the discount card could no longer be applied. In reality, I should have only needed to pay the £10 difference, since I had already paid £225 toward the correct £285 watch. I paid the amount just to avoid further conflict, but the way she handled the situation—refusing to accept responsibility, failing to communicate properly, and treating me dismissively—was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. After spending my money, time, and effort, this experience has put me off completely. This was my first and last visit, and I hope other customers do not have to deal with the same unprofessional service.

   I attended the store on a Friday evening with my partner Matt. We were both looking at wedding rings. Michelle saw to us, she was incredibly attentive, professional, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about jewellery. Michelle made us feel special. Michelle was very open and honest, clear and transparent and couldn’t do enough for us. We highly recommend the service which we experienced. Nothing was too much trouble for Michelle.

   I brought an online 9carat gold bracelet malachite clover ☘️ bracelet which was magnificent! Unfortunately the end of one side was missing so I took it to the Trafford centre branch and Michelle served me and dealt with the situation efficiently by replacing with a new bracelet. She was so helpful and pleasant. Thanks so much for being kind.

   Liam went above and beyond, his customer service was completely something else, the way he spoke, the way he treated us and the way he resolved our problem (even tho I was quite indecisive).    Nice store with helpful and friendly staff but very bad quality of jewellery. Second bangle that having a problem. First one i bought changed the shape so went there and they exchanged it but now my other one ripped. Don't know how to describe it so I'll post photos. What a shame !!!

   If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. Every member of staff is pleasant to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. This evening was relatively busy, some places would have ignored us until a member of staff was available. This does not occur at this store, you're met by a friendly face 'we'll be with you as soon as we can' every time, without fail. Claudia at the Trafford Centre store was most helpful this evening and went out of her was to exceed any customers expectations. Keep it up!

   Really positive experience with Nicole who assisted me with a Tudor watch selection. Really attentive and pleasant to deal with, as were the other staff in the branch we encountered.
