   I bought my fiancée her engagement ring here and then we both went back and bought our wedding rings from Christopher James. The best quality in the whole of the UK. A family business that just have the best staff. Very kind and knowledgeable and allow you to take your time without pressuring you when making decisions. Great rings for a really great price too! Rob is brilliant - Great customer service. The whole team are kind and just all round brilliant!

   After exploring other Manchester jewellers we chose Christopher James due to their expert advice, customer service and friendliness we received in our first appointment and I must say we definitely made the correct decision. We decided to have a bespoke engagement ring made after determining what we liked from the their collection. Kyle was quick and thorough to answer any questions we emailed his way during the whole process and we are extremely happy with the finished product which was exactly what we wanted. Would recommend to anyone looking for engagement rings

   We would both highly recommend Christopher James in Manchester. We originally bought an engagement ring which was perfectly designed and crafted and looks stunning! We then returned for another ring, a lovely specially made amethyst set with diamonds - again, the end result was absolutely perfect. We have just got married and we, naturally, went back to Christopher James for our wedding rings. Again, faultless service and the creation of exactly what we wanted. Kyle and the team are all excellent. They listen first and then assist with thoughtful, creative suggestions which, on every occasion, have led to the production of beautiful rings. Their customer service is top notch, nothing is too much trouble and everything they have made for us has arrived quicker than expected and has delighted us both every time.    Very helpful when it came to advice on what would / wouldn't work for a custom design engagement ring, made the process (and stress!) of it all seamless and easy, including when I had to send back for resizing due to band being too large (see photo!), incredibly competitive price and the finished product was flawless, would highly recommend.

   Kyle was brilliant helping me pick an engagement ring. He went through it all in great detail and explained everything brilliantly. He made me feel there was no pressured sell and he was clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. When Kyle was not available I had a meeting with his father who was just as good to deal with. A wonderful family business I would not hesitate to recommend!

   Kyle was extremely helpful with my purchase. His extensive knowledge on jewellery and diamonds is second to none. He was more than happy to guide me through the process of such an important purchase giving all the pros and cons of each option. He understood my requirements and helped tailor this to suit without any “sales push” he simply wanted to make sure I was getting the right ring for my budget. He ensured the ring design was bespoke with such attention detail it is no surprise that I was over the moon with the result! I cannot thank and recommend him enough, an absolutely fantastic experience!
