She instantly understood the vision I had in mind and was able to find the perfect rings based on my description. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure we fully understood what we were purchasing and felt confident in our choices. The whole experience was seamless and enjoyable and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

   Can’t recommend Austen & Blake enough. Usually going to jewellers can’t be quite overwhelming and you’re never quite sure what you’re going to get. But they were so organised with bookings and you feel like you get all the attention and help that you need. We were so lucky to have Rosie guide us. She couldn’t have been more welcoming and really made the experience exciting and special. She’s a real asset to the place and a massive part of why we will now return back to Austen & Blake.    Michael is fantastic, we called in to look at rings and left having ordered the most perfect ring for me. It was Michael's warm nature, gentle questions and intuition that found me the most beautiful Sapphire & Diamond ring, after all the Diamond one's just weren't right. There was no pressure what so ever, which we both loved. We've returned to order our Wedding Rings, knowing the right one's would be found. We won't go anywhere else now !    I visited this store looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I’d visited numerous shops before landing here. My request was quite specific and the ring I wanted didn’t exist. Every shop I had been to saw this as impossible to do and I’d simply have to pick something else until I met Michael at Austen & Blake. Michael made the process of buying a ring so easy. We designed a ring together in store which included exactly what I wanted but Michael made it come to life. Michael had a prototype made up for me which looked like the real deal. Once I’d seen the prototype I knew the ring was going to be perfect. I proposed with this ring and my girlfriend loved it although she wanted to change the colour of the band which was no issue. We had the real ring made with the new band and it only took 6 weeks. My girlfriend couldn’t be happier with the ring! I’d 1000% recommend Austen & Blake to anyone and everyone. Michael made the whole experience fantastic from start to finish and turned what I was told was going to be impossible, possible. Thank you Michael!
