   Wow! I bought a bracelet from this shop on Saturday, and the whole experience, from walking in, to leaving, was amazing. I went with two friends and we were treated like royalty! The welcome from all staff made us feel comfortable and relaxed, and the service from the wonderful Marco was first class! He was so professional, helpful, and made sure that the purchase I made, was right for me, that I was happy and with no pressure at all to buy, nothing was too much trouble for him. We enjoyed a glass of Prosecco each as I completed my purchase, and we all felt that we had had a wonderful retail experience!! I would recommend Ernest Jones 100%.

   I recently purchased a Cartier Tank Must XL for my wedding from Ernest Jones on St Ann street, and I couldn’t be happier with my shopping experience. Prior to calling Ernest Jones I had called every store that sell Cartier in Manchester and Birmingham and everyone had said 8-10 weeks! However Sara, the store manager at Ernest Jones said she can have it for me in 3 days, she sent me a secure payment method via email link which was was user-friendly, making it easy to secure the perfect watch. The watch arrived on Thursday in excellent condition. I’m thrilled with the watch but more importantly the high level of customer service which I had received, Annie had welcomed me in and offered me a drink which was perfect to quench my thirst after the brisk walk to the store. I will definitely shop at Ernest Jones again in the future. Highly recommended! Thank you Sara and Annie for the memorable experience

   This was my first visit to Ernest Jones and I can safely say I will be returning in the future. The biggest factor for me when purchasing a product is how I was treated during the sales encounter, and the level of service I received was fantastic from start to finish. My buying process initially started from me looking through your shop window at the various options of watches you have available, as I was not set on one particular model. I was immediately greeted by Becky, who came outside and politely asked us if we would like to come in. Upon entering your store we was also greeted by the manager Savas, who alongside Becky helped me to find my perfect watch. From beginning to end they were both informative, patient, friendly and were not pushy in their approach to selling as they allowed me the time to make my decision. During the couple of hours I was in your store I also met Bella and Paul who were equally as professional and approachable and made the experience much more personal for me. Due to the fact I work in a very similar sales environment, it’s great to see the high level of customer service that your team operate at, and I look forward to returning in the future.

   A Brilliant experience! Friendly helpful informative staff! Big shout out to Federico, He listened to my requirements and gave me lots of options within my price range. His colleagues at Breitling Maryam, Rachel and Adam were also most helpful! They even showed me a watch winder gizmo! I felt relaxed, informed and not pressured. This team definitely deserve staff recognition from their management!
