One of the worst customer service I have experienced. When I have requested a quote for the customer, they tend to take either 10 hours to get back or they just don't reply. Have had to chase them a few times in the past. Most recently, I had a customer go to the branch to collect some end caps. The customer travelled from south east to the branch to find out later, the branch had given him the wrong item. The branch requested customer to come back so they can check. When the customer went back, they realized they had given the customer the wrong items and it turned out the branch never had the stock to begin with. Another issue was where they had priced an order for us, once we had won the order and had given the go ahead to the branch, it had once again turned out they never had the stock and so the lead time was 4-5 days, which none of this was stated during the quoting period or given to us when asked. Staff don't have a clue about the basics of sales, have a very bad attitude even though they have made mistakes on 90% of orders given to them. Higher management should look into this urgently.
