   Worst customer service ever. I went there to get a Flomasta Brass Compression Blanking Nut 15mm. One of the staff told me they didn’t have it in store but could order it for the next day. I placed the order. When I came back the next day, I was disappointed to find that they had ordered the 22mm version instead of the 15mm, even though I had clearly told them several times that I needed the 15mm. What made it worse was that none of the staff apologised or acknowledged the mistake.

   Checked in 20 minutes ago and still waiting. Clients at the counter get served faster than those who placed order online . Ridiculous

   Consistently bad customer service in this shop. It’s been like this for 7+ years. I’ve been to god knows how many different Screwfix stores across the country and this one is by far the slowest. Staff are always too busy either putting stock away or picking orders for customers rather than picking orders for the customers that are waiting. It doesn’t matter if it’s a collection or an in store order it just takes forever even if there’s only one other customer in the shop.

   Very slow. Check in on app here doesn't work. Visiting loads of Screwfix stores around London but this is worst one.

   Unbelievable blatant harassment. Months ago I needed a bolt/screw of a certain type and size, the young man at till ridiculed me for getting something wrong and instead of offering an alternative, called his Polish supervisor so they could both have a laugh at my lack of knowledge. I bought something else and he asked if I have a Screwfix card, I do not, to which he replied "You won't need one anyway because you don't know anything about bolts/screws". I still cannot believe this happened. This made me extremely angry and I have absolutely no desire to go near any Screwfix since they allow customers to be bullied like that, obviously because I am a woman. I instantly went to another shop and got what I needed from friendly, patient staff without being treated like garbage and that's where I shop since then. I hope you get sued one day if this harassment continues.

   I went here on a Saturday morning. It wasn't too busy and there was just one till open, so I waited about two minutes. The lady who served me was helpful, but they didn't have any disposable overalls in stock in my size. She found me some regular overalls and I'm happy with the price and quality. There was adequate parking outside and it's wheelchair accessible with a low desk at the checkout too. Like Argos you get a number on your till receipt and wait for​ your items to be brought out.
