   Thanks to CHEDAN’s rudeness and ignorance, our business has and will durther decreased at Selco. Unfortunately the rudeness of the staff goes too far and this construction community is not like these people. Selco should also interview the guys who hire to see at least the bare minimum of sales and customer service, how they talk to the customers Asked Chedan for someone that can help me find plumbing items that i had listed in my list. He said and i quote” Go there, we don’t help finding the items, you just go and grab what you want and oay for it.” and pointed towards the plumbing aile, but I have asked for assistance because the cupboards with the items I need are LOCKED. Rude, unpolite, unprofessional from far far far, low eq, I would recommend revisiting your employee’s Selco, it used to be a better shop until these sort of people come up and break The harmony. Unfortunately for us, the trades, and companies, CHEDAN is a minus and a hold back in doing our business with selco.

   They offer a large supply of building materials, which is literally enough to build a house from top to bottom. Selection of bricks, treated wood, CLS, thermalite blocks, specialized builders equipment and my favourite, which is the blue ultra grime wipes. You can also buy stuff to clean your patio, fill a pothole and probably enough cement to build a mini bunker. They also have sawmill and wood cutting services. Your local place to go if you want to build something. They have click and collect+ deliver for those who don't want to carry. Proper builders merchant.

   Staff member Chaten gave the most awful service I’ve ever had at Selco. Grumpy when I approached Service Desk, he was on his mobile phone scrolling through some video content. Annoyed because I was returning items which he initially refused to refund, politely challenged his dismissive reason, he went to check with a senior member of staff and was told to process the refund. Upon completion I asked for a quote for 29 plasterboards, he told me the price was fixed. I took my business elsewhere and out of curiosity contacted the Wembley branch where I was told there was a discount available.Selco’s loss. I’ve now found an alternative supplier TheHubStores in South Harrow, great prices and good customer service too

   Georgiana is such a lovely employee, she assisted my parents in putting their order together yesterday ensuring they didn’t miss anything else. I then went back to Selco myself the next day (today) being served by Georgiana, without knowing she was the one who served my parents, telling her that the wrong spade had been delivered as it was too small and she instantly let me know that I could exchange it for the bigger one, told me which aisle to find it in, and made the exchange with no problem asking me if the delivery went well and if it was missing anything else.

   Both a 20kg drum of acryl seal grey waterproof roof coating and it only had about 10kg inside it and I paid £207 for it a total rip off con artists at there finest don’t buy from here rip off

   Kept waiting for over 10 mins when there was an abundance of workers doing nothing, except chatting away amongst themselves.Abysmal customer service in this regard. The lady at the till, when i was finally served, was knowledgable and helpful.

   Waiting for 17 minutes now for a return. Been told to wait. Staff talking between them,one on the phone for a personal matter and other on personal mobile phone. Very unhelpful staff. Perhaps Selco should close the shop and keep it for their own workmates to socialise. "Stay Away Attitude" was in training before any Social Distancing was in place.
