Very disappointed today. We went to Pandora at the Trafford Centre to buy a birthday gift. I knew exactly what I wanted. An assistant came over very friendly and asked if she could help. I made my enquiry and she signposted me to the queue. There was one person in front of us. We waited for over 20 minutes to be dealt with.by which time there was a queue going out of the door. There were two shop assistants serving and one trainee- who told us she couldn’t serve us. The lady who had asked if she could help was doing just that…..asking people if they needed help but she wasn’t serving. I will continue to buy Pandora but not from this particular store.
Went in to buy some charms — the first girl who helped me was lovely, but the one at the till was rude and dismissive. They messed up my 20% discount and even charged the wrong price for one charm. When I went back to fix it, I was sent back and forth between the queue and the desk, and the manager couldn’t have cared less. No apology at all. Really disappointing — staff need proper customer service training, especially when each charm is £60!
Staff where very helpful went out of the way to make sure I had the right things I was looking for. I felt no pressure to hurry up or to buy things I didn't need.
Lovely ladies in store very helpful and patient however the queue is very very big all the way out of the door even on weekdays
I was served by a lovely girl who I believe is called Rana. I could not fault her service she helped me with everything I needed and was just a delight to chat to. I will definitely come back to this store specifically and hope to see her again!!

Pandora is a brilliant store mainly selling bangles and charm bracelets. They start at a reasonable price and go up there after. I recommend it for girlfriends, mother's. Grans and and anyone who's special to you.
