Wow, my mother, girlfriend and I were at Thomas Sabo (Manchester, Trafford Centre) today, and we had the best experience ever. We were served by Migul, who re-defined great service, attention to detail, and patience as my elderly mother weighed up her options. Honestly, we were blown away by his super service and genuine efforts for us to leave happy and excited with our purchases. Thank you. The customer service that I received from Elber at the store in The Trafford centre in Manchester was very good. He had excellent customer service, friendly and patient. He helped me to choose a beautiful chain and pendant for my son’s 21st birthday. The gift was stunning and I was very happy with the purchased. My son loved the gift too!
Went to go and see if I could get my charm bracelet repaired, lady I dealt with was really helpful and ended up getting a replacement charm bracelet for a minimal cost as well as treating myself to a new bracelet.
Took a limited addition item of jewellery to be repaired which cost quite a lot of money, it was out of warranty so happy to pay the £17.50 for repair and the warranty to be extended for 2 years. When I went to collect I took a duplicate birthday gift to exchange, unfortunately no receipt so they were totally uninterested and offered no help or solution whatsoever. Totally annoyed and incredibly disappointed as I’ve got a lot of Thomas Sabo items including 4 LTD addition items, this has put me off ever buying from them again, they were too busy on the phone helping another customer and actually walking to the store in Selfridges to get an exchange for him, I felt like I didn’t matter and they couldn’t be bothered, better service expected quite honestly. Go somewhere else as I will.be in future.

The staff at the arndale centre are much more polite and helpful. My Thomas Sabo hook from my anklet keeps coming off and breaking, I have been three times to the Trafford Centre to get it replaced/fixed. The Arndale centre branch applied a brand new one instead of attempting to 'fix' it and also gave me a velvet Thomas sabo pouch to take my anklet away in and then into a little bag so it was safe and protected. Great customer service. Wish I received the same service at the Trafford Centre Branch.
