   Excellent customer service from knowledgeable staff, particularly Bart, who I often see on the shop floor asking customers if they need help in such a relational, non-pressured way. He’s helped a relatively inexperienced handyman like me with great advice, from his own personal experience, when needed. Great value products and a very positive customer experience.

   This place has everything you need to build a house from start to finish. Garden fences, plaster, cement, paint, tiles, roofing, you name it and it's there, and if it's not they will order it for you. Staff is very helpful, the place has a customer, disabled friendly bathroom and "Angels café" for those who want to munch on something. They do delivery and click and collect. Excellent service.

   Spend over 1000 and requested a return/refund of 2 items under value of £100. Eventho I was within 28 days return policy and hadn’t use the item, the staff there wasn’t willing to accept the return as there was fingerprints on the item !! There was no sign of usage/damage but they were trying to abuse their power and not issue the refund. I asked for management and also complain procedure which they denied to provide !!! I got the police involved got my refund, and received the managements full name and contacts to proceed with complain. Not only they disrespecting me as their customer, but also they were absolutely dishonest about the return policy, not willing to show their terms and conditions, and also they denied to give me their name/Id number which made me to involve the police.

   Overall, I would avoid and advise you to order for delivery or use one of the other companies available on the market!!! I placed a collection order today and arrived for the time slot I was given, just to waste another 30 minutes for an order that wasn’t ready for collection AT ALL! I had to wait for 1 of their employees to finish their call while the rest of the staff was hanging around not doing much. After the person at the desk finished his call he took my order number and asked someone to come over the PA , that person didn’t come at all and had to be asked again. Eventually he showed up, took the order details and started slowly going around the store collecting the items I ordered from the shelfs around the store. To top it off after finally getting my order I had to wait again for their receptionist to finish his call just to print off my invoice. And you call that click and collect??? Selco If I had time I would have come and did the shopping myself, the point of a click and collect service is to save time and not wait around the store!!! For reference I went to pick up another order from Wickes after finally getting my materials from your store , and they had my order ready on a trolley waiting to be picked up.
